Savannah S. Meshell - Attorney

Personal Statement

Savannah Meshell was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Louisiana Tech University in 2013. Ms. Meshell obtained her Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law in 2016, where she also received certifications in Civil Law, Family Law, and Pro Bono work.

Ms. Meshell began her legal work in law school with externships at the Mississippi Volunteer Lawyers Project and the Cyber Crimes Division of the Mississippi Attorney General’s Office.

Prior to working at the firm, Ms. Meshell spent two years at the Caddo Parish Public Defenders Office where she advocated for the indigent and defended those accused of misdemeanor and felony crimes.

Now, Ms. Meshell primarily focuses on oil and gas matters, including title examination. In addition, Ms. Meshell has done work in the areas of contracts, loan agreements, and LLC formation.

Ms. Meshell is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, Shreveport Bar Association, and the Ark-La-Tex Association of Professional Landmen.
